Why do we do what we do?

We love elephants and we recognize them as a symbol of family relationships. We want to give orphan elephants a fighting chance at life even without their families enveloping them, and at the same time, promote family relationships among humans, all over the world.

What do I actually donate?

You donate a monetary sum of your choosing, from our list of options. The sum you choose is linked to a specific product that will benefit orphan elephants.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free shipping to any country, around the world.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Most of our packages arrive within 10 business days, but sometimes, it can take a little longer - up to 20 business days.

Can I exchange one product for another? At this time, we do not have an exchange policy in place.

Can I return a product?

You can return a product within 30 days of purchasing. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we, unfortunately, will not be able to offer you a refund. If you would like to return a product, contact us first via email.

What if I’m unsatisfied with my purchase?
